Eileen Tank Back Finito!
Short rows are easy. After finishing the back of Eileen, I can see how it shapes the shoulders. Very cool. Click on the photo and you'll be taken to my Flickr page, where you can view a much larger version to see the lace detail.

I don't think you're posting too much. If anything, you're inspiring the rest of us to get our needles going. I'm *still* waffling about what yarn to use.

Its beautiful. I love it, especially the color.
The gauge/needle size in the pattern has me perplexed. I can't figure how you get to 5 sts/inch on a size 2 needle? Did you use the yarn called for in the pattern? Looks great, btw.

I did not use the recommended yarn, which is worsted weight linen. I am using a cotton-linen blend. The recommended yarn might behave differently.
I swatched 4 times, starting with US 2.
I am using a Size 5 needle for a gauge of 5.25 = 1 inch. I am knitting the 2nd smallest size. The tighter gauge actually gets me to a finished bust smack dab between the 1st and 2nd sizes.

No, not too often-- I personally wish I had a digital camera right now so I could post progress photos, and I love seeing other peoples' progress.
